For the areas where we have not distributors
We are sorry that we do not have a pharmacies which sell our products in your area yet. Unfortunately we cannot tell how soon will that situation be addressed.
However, that is not the end of it, at the moment we are happy to share with you that we have customers all over the country placing orders with us here online, on Facebook inbox and directly on our Whatsapp. We deliver through the courier service at the customer’s house or whichever address chosen by the customer. The customer pays a standard delivery fee of R150 per delivery.
We also have another option: we have had customers speaking to their preferred pharmacies to order directly from us, of course on retail prices because they still have to resell to customers and they buy in bulk. Customers simply explain to their preferred pharmacies the product they want and even show them this website and / or our Facebook page, thus creating a demand to the pharmacy. Once the pharmacy has successfully placed an order, we always show our gratitude to a responsible customer by delivering him or her their first 4 products of their choice for free.
